• Lead and Managed Development teams in the Technical Specification, Staffing, and Development needs of large projects, including the migration of an entire print curriculum to an online entity, via SQL, XML, XSLT and CSS.

• Created and implemented code architectures using standardized variable naming conventions and custom built API’s. This allowed simultaneous work to be done on pieces of functional and interface code by multiple developers, sped up development time and eliminated redundant coding.
• Built code engines, separating core application functionality from interface. By separating these pieces, multiple interfaces were dynamically fit onto engines and slight changes in functionality were handled through additional child objects. This reduced revision control problems and aided bug tracking and fixing.
